  1. DELIVERY AREAS
    We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

  2. PROCESSING TIME
    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
    Estimated delivery periods are:
    • Major Cities: 2 to 5 business days
    • Regional Areas: 3 to 7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days

    1. DELIVERY CHARGES
      Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

    2. DELIVERY DELAYS
      While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, or public holidays.

    3. PROOF OF DELIVERY
      A signature or other proof of delivery may be required upon receipt of the goods.

    4. UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
      If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

    5. COLLECTION OPTION
      Where available, customers may choose to collect their orders from our designated collection point
