RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. RETURNS
      Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
      The following items cannot be returned:
      • Customized or personalized products
      • Products damaged through misuse
      • Products not in their original condition

      1. REFUNDS
        Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.

      2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
        Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the customer must follow the return procedure.

      3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
        Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photographic evidence may be required.

      4. RETURN SHIPPING
        Unless the return is due to our error, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
