1. Graduation Gown Rental

All gown rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment or

the agreed deposit has been received.

Customers must provide accurate personal information and proof of identity when

collecting rental items.

Rental items remain the property of Limpopo Graduation Attire at all times.

Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Late returns may attract

additional daily rental charges.

Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during the

rental period.

Gowns must not be altered, washed, ironed, or dry-cleaned by the customer.

Any stains, burns, tears, or missing accessories will be charged at the repair or

replacement cost.

Graduation attire must be used only for its intended purpose.

Limpopo Graduation Attire is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its

control, including weather, strikes, or institutional schedule changes.

By making a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Graduation Gown Rental – Return Policy

Gowns must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were issued.

Missing items such as caps, hoods, stoles, belts, or tassels will be charged at

replacement value.

Late returns will incur a daily late fee.

Refundable deposits, where applicable, will be refunded after inspection of the returned

items.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process.

Graduation Gown Rental – Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before collection: Full refund (excluding any

booking/admin fee).

 

Cancellations made 7–13 days before collection: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before collection: No refund.

If the graduation ceremony is officially cancelled or postponed, customers may choose

either:

to reschedule their booking, or

receive a refund (excluding any non-refundable administration fee).


2. Event Equipment Hire 


Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

All hired equipment remains the property of the company.

The hirer accepts responsibility for all equipment from delivery/collection until it is

returned or collected.

Equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.

The hirer is responsible for providing secure premises to prevent theft or vandalism.

The hirer will be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the hire period.

Equipment must not be sublet or transferred to another party without written permission.

Delivery and collection times must be agreed in advance.

The company reserves the right to inspect equipment before and after hire.

The company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse

of hired equipment.

The hirer is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the event.

Event Equipment Hire – Return Policy

Equipment must be returned or made available for collection on the agreed date and

time.


Equipment should be reasonably clean upon return.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty equipment.

Damaged or missing equipment will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges.

 

Deposits will be refunded after inspection, less any applicable deductions.

Event Equipment Hire – Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: Full refund, less any administration fee.

Cancellation 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

If extreme weather or other circumstances require postponement, the booking may be

rescheduled subject to availability.

Any special-order equipment already sourced specifically for the event may not be

refundable.
